This year, in Alpbach (Tyrol, Austria), the 1st Euregio Young Innovators Prize was organized by the European Region Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino and by its Chamber of Commerce. The Prize, assigned within the Alpbach European Forum, was addressed to young entrepreneur, inventors and developers coming from the European Region.
Nadia Zorzi (environmental engineer at MIC) took part to the selection presenting the WEQUAL project and was awarded with the third prize. WEQUAL was presented in front of a special jury, chaired by Karlheinz Töchterle, former Austrian Minister for Science and Research and Innsbruck University Chancellor.
The jury and the audience showed interest in the presentation and took part actively to the discussion, with many deepening questions. The award makes us proud, because it proves the innovative character and the potential of the WEQUAL project. More information is available by the following link.
