We collected data for our indicators of ecomorphological quality with our four drones

During the first week of July 2018, we were in the field with our drones flying and collecting data for our indicators of ecomorphological quality.

Field surveys were carried out in three sites in the South Tyrol region (Italy): the Adige river in Lagundo, the Passirio creek in Scena and the Tel creek in Parcines.

Four drones were flown: a fixed-wing UAV and three multicopter UAVs. Four different sensors were installed on the drones: a LiDAR scanner, a RGB camera, a multispectral camera and a standard videocameraPictures and videos of our field surveys are available by the following link.
